Montana Yellowstone Adventure Gift Packages

Give your friends and loved ones the gift of adventure this holiday season! Any of our three Montana Adventure Gift Packages are sure to bring out your wild side this coming summer! While we’ve never tried to fit a whitewater raft in a box, we can only imagine gift cards and trail maps fit better. Combine any of our activities listed below with park passes, or gift cards to a local hot spring, restaurant, or museum for a package full of adventure for all ages!

Package 1:  Wind, Water, Fire, Earth – just, not in that order

Water – Straight Outta Yellowstone

This package begins with an 8 mile whitewater river trip on the beautiful and wild Gallatin River, ending at our overnight campsite (Check It Out!) where your guides will have your overnight bag waiting with your camp clothes. Sit back and enjoy the show while your river guides transform into chefs and prepare a river-side dinner suited to the needs of your group.

Fire – Nuf’ Said

Stories and s’mores are the name of the game around the fire pit after dinner. Don’t forget to look up! The stars around here get pretty bright..

Wind – Fly Through Yellowstone Country!

After a river side breakfast, load up and head up the road to our zipline course to see Big Sky country from a bird’s eye view. Feeling extra adventurous? Try our Super Zipline Tour and test yourself against numerous adventure elements, including the feared “Bill’s Revenge”. Both trip options include long lines and 2 of our ziplines go over the Gallatin River, where the movie “A River Runs Through It” was filmed!

Earth – Conquer The West!

Finish your adventure with a 4.7 mile out and back hike up to Storm Castle Peak– the prominent peak you’ve spent most of your trip looking up at

After 1,800ft of elevation gain you are rewarded by a breathtaking view of the Gallatin National Forest, the Gallatin River, and the surrounding mountains.

Package 2 : Saddle Up, Partner

If your adventure partners are on the younger side, a visit to the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, MT is sure to spark the interest of your future cowboys and cowgirls. With one of the largest collections of dinosaur fossils in the world (Rawr!), and a constant rotation of exhibits focused on the local ecology and the area’s history, a stop on the beginning of your trip is a great way to get the wheels turning and your little ones excited about the Wild West.

Continue the exploration on horseback through Yellowstone Country at the historic Stermitz Ranch at our Gardiner Location outside of the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Each rider gets his or her own horse, and the mountainous terrain lends to the Old West feel with rarely a house in sight. It is easy to put yourself in the early settler’s shoes, using the same transportation they did as the wranglers from the ranch share they knowledge of the area. You will want your camera for this one!

After your ride, continue into Yellowstone National Park and shake off that ride with a soak in the Boiling River outside of Mammoth Hot Springs. A naturally fed hot spring flows out of the hillside to join the Gardner river and create, in our absolutely unbiased opinion, the most relaxing hot tub Mother Nature ever built.

Don’t forget your cowboy hats!

Package 3: The Zip N’ Dip, with Chips N’ Dip

Standing the test of time, our classic Zip N’ Dip, or as we like to call it, ol’ reliable, is a full day of out-of-the-car fun for all ages. Offered at our locations outside of the West and North entrances to Yellowstone National Park, you can park the car, turn the phone’s off, and let us take care of the rest. In the chill of the morning, a guided zip line tour over the mountains outside of Yellowstone National Park is sure to get the blood flowing, while an afternoon raft trip will be the perfect way to cool down after you’ve waited 30 minutes (doctor’s orders!) to digest your lunch.
