Gallatin River Learn to Fish, Half Day Raft & Super Zip
Experience the best of what we have to offer, in a full day of excitement and joy! Fly across the Gallatin River, paddle down it and seek out it’s gorgeous trout!
Start your day with the Super ZipLine Tour, offering 6 zips and 6 sky bridges. The zip lines will build in length throughout the tour, so the thrills never stop. Other adventurous elements are mixed in to make this tour dynamic. The bridge deemed “Bill’s Revenge” will test your balance as you step from swaying swing to swing, then, monkey up and climb the cargo net (optional). Finish the tour with two zips soaring across the Gallatin River! Weight Limit 260 lbs
The rafting portion is 3 hours, with about 2 on the water. The Gallatin River is a narrow river that runs through a scenic, rocky canyon. It has fun rapids and is the most challenging commercial rafting available in the Yellowstone Area. We run 2 main sections of the river, catering to a more challenging or less challenging experience. Our friendly office staff we will help you pick the appropriate one depending on your group and water levels.
- 3.5 hour zip line tour
- 6 zips & 8 adventure elements
- 3 hour raft trip on the Gallatin River
- Choose from 3 levels of rafting:
- More challenging (class I-IV)
- Less challenging (class I-III)
- Scenic (class I)
After rafting, head to our Fly Fishing Center, 8 miles south of the main office, for a 3 hour activity, geared towards families and first time anglers with interest in learning the basics of Fly Fishing. The group lesson will take place on private river front property with a prime fishing hole on the Gallatin River and we provide all the gear and detailed instruction throughout. The Gallatin is one of the best wade fishing rivers in Montana. The area used to be the historic Karst Camp and is famous for the scenery featured in the movie, “A River Runs Through It.”
