Spend a few hours exploring the Ranch Land and Wilderness of Cinnibar Basin on Horseback. This 1700 acre ranch offers high sagebrush fields, juniper forest and amazing views of Electric Peak. Gentle, happy horses gladly show you around the Magical Montana you have been longing to get a taste of. Your 2 1/2 hour ride covers diverse terrain and offers an experience of being on a real Montana Family Ranch

Just when you are ready to say, "what's for lunch? ", the guides take you over to the house where the Ranch serves up beef or vegi burgers made from the ranch and fixin's. Digest while you drive 13 miles to Montana Whitewater at Gardiner for a 1:00 or 4:00 pm raft trip on the Yellowstone River.

Paddle and Saddle The Stermitz are a Legendary Paradise Family with ties that go back to the Frontier days. They have backcountry tales that will give you a taste of the real Montana!

Gallatin River Paddle & Saddle

Paddle and Saddle We team up with Broken Hart Ranch to offer this top notch combination! Ride up through the Gallatin National Forest at Hellroaring Creek Trail. This is a real Montana trail ride - up switchbacks and over mountain streams through pristine back country. Beautiful Views and magical forests await you! This ride is most suited to the adventurous or those with some riding experience.

Yellowstone National Park Paddle & Saddle

Experience the backcountry of Yellowstone National Park with a premier paddle and saddle package. As you ride through the nation's first national park, you will have the chance to watch amazing wildlife and catch spectacular scenic views. A wildlife biologist will accompany the trip to provide information about the park's diverse ecosystems. Our guides can answer most any question about the park, from the smallest flower to the largest carnivore. We are excited to offer you this unique experience in an amazing place we call home.

You will have a chance to relax and enjoy nature while you eat lunch out in the backcountry. After returning to the trailhead, proceed to the north entrance of the park into Gardiner to cool down as you join us for the 2:30 raft trip on the Yellowstone River just outside Yellowstone Park!

If you are interested in a full-day horseback ride, you can raft on an adjacent day. Package prices for a full-day ride with a half-day raft are $190 (adult) and $180 (age 8-12). Let us know if you interested in this option.

For the small boat rafting option prices are $160 (adult) and $150 (age 8-12). Please ask about availability.

Maximum weight 250 lbs Please wear long pants and hard soled shoes for the ride. Bring a Hat!
