We are located in South West Montana. Idaho is to the West, Wyoming to the South, and North/South Dakota to the East.
We are North and North West of Yellowstone National Park.
We are a full day drive from Calgary, AB. We are not that far from Minneapolis or Chicago or Montreal.
The closest big city is Salt Lake, Utah (6 hour drive).
Our closest airports are Bozeman MT, Jackson WY, and Billings, MT.
The Western edge of Montana is mountainous, the eastern part is prairie. In between, you will find beautiful rolling hills.

Driving Directions to Warm Springs Takeout - Madison River meeting place
From Ennis - Go north 16 miles to Norris (intersection of 287 & 84) and then 5 miles east on 84 to Warm Springs (on your right)
From Bozeman - head 8 miles out of town to 4 corners, continue straight on 84 for 25 miles. Warm Springs is on your left.

Driving Directions to Slip and Slide Ranch Yellowstone River
11 miles north of Gardiner on the East side of highway 89. If you are coming from Livingston, the ranch is just past Yankee Jim Canyon on the left.

Driving Directions to Broken Hart Ranch Gallatin River
Located on highway 191 - mile marker 74 - 10 miles north of Montana Whitewater's Gallatin office.

Gallatin River Office

From Bozeman - Head west on Main street (highway 191) out of town 8 miles. When you come to a 4-way (with the Conoco on your left,) turn left (highway 191 too) head south 17 miles and we are on your left hand side- mile marker 64.

From Big Sky/ West Yellowstone - Head north on Highway 191. We are on your right at mile marker 64.

Yellowstone River Office

We are in Gardiner at 603 Scott St. We are on the river side of the main street of Gardiner, right near the Food Farm Grocery Store, kitty- corner from the Super 8 motel.
From Bozeman - Head east on Main St.and get on the interstate going east. Take Exit 333 in Livingston and go 53 miles south on highway 89 to Gardiner. 89 becomes Main St. We are on your right with the tipi in front. Should take 1.5 hours.
From Big Sky/ West Yellowstone -head into the Park at West Yellowstone and go through Mammoth to Gardiner.
Traffic in the Park can be very slow, so give yourself some time.
