Yellowstone Area Overnight Rafting Trips

CLASSIC OVERNIGHTERS - Camp on the Gallatin or Yellowstone River
Gallatin River 2 Day Whitewater Rafting
Big Sky Montana - North of West Yellowstone and Southwest of Bozeman

Day 1: Meet at our Gallatin River outpost at 8:30am. Pack your gear and obtain any other camping gear you might need. We outfit you in a wetsuit, booties, splash gear, helmet and a Coast Guard approved lifejacket. We transport you to our putin where we have a riverside briefing and safety talk.

You will then raft the river for a full-day ending up at our private camp site under the majestic Castle Rock. Help set up camp and relax by the river. Bring a fishing license and gear if you would like to enjoy the Blue Ribbon Trout fishing on the Gallatin River.

We prepare a delicious and filling dinner - which you are welcome to enjoy with your own beer or wine. After dinner you can opt to hike, play volley ball, horsehoes or simply relax by the fire. Climb into your sleeping bag (on your thick and comfortable sleeping pad) and enjoy a solid night sleep as you listen to the river flow gently by.

Day 2: Wake up to fresh coffee and a delicious hot breakfast. We depart camp around 10:00 AM and raft the lower Gallatin. This incredibly scenic section is where they filmed the movie "A River Runs Through It".

Finish the trip off with a snack at the takeout. Once you get back to our office, you can look at your trip photos, pick out some souvenirs and hang out in our Boater’s Lounge.
